- Did you ever feel like you had a hard time listening to someone since you always start do drift away thinking about something else? This shouldn't be a issue any more once you get into the meditation groove. 👂
- Your well-being and the well-being of others will improve. You probably snapped at someone you love in the past and then regretted it. You'll have a cooler head and won't be startled easily. 👪
- You'll be much more emotionally stable. Nothing will make you mad, sad, stressed or anxious as easily as before. ⚖️

"But I don't have time and no clue how to do this"
Don't worry here are some simple tips on how to incorporate this into your busy day. - You know how you can set the mood for the day by the first thing you do in the morning? Set yourself a reminder every day to meditate right after waking up. This will set the right intention for the day and you will feel awesome.
- Do a 5 minute meditation right now! Set yourself a timer for 5 minutes so you're not thinking about the time. Sit with your back straight, place your hands on your legs, close your eyes and start focusing on your breath. Count your breath with each in and out breath. When you're breathing in - count one, breathing out - count two, .... breathing out - count ten and then start at one again. If thoughts plop into your mind don't get upset. Just acknowledge them and return to the counting.
- Or use Headspace, Calm, 10% happier, Insight timer, Stop, Breathe & Think or many more to do a quick guided meditation which is much easier at the beginning and has awesome effects as well.
